For the presiding moderator: shoe string was banned when whatsgood was banned, both at the same time and both for the same reason because they were on the same IP. Whatsgood was temp banned while shoestring was given a permanent ban. Therefore, while whatsgood's ban was lifted, shoestring's was not lifted at the same time.


Or so he says. I'm off for the night, so I can't look into it yet, but if a mod takes care of this first, it's something to look into.
