Hello, I have been using a method to farm IP and XP on multiple accounts. It requires you and atleast TWO friends.
The rates are approx. 42 IP per 5 minutes .. However it can take an extra minute or two depending on you and your friends levels.
The XP is the exact same that you would recieve for a summoners rift win ... However you get the XP every 5 minutes.

Great for leveling smurfs and getting IP.

It is a great guide, very easy to follow, and basically does what it says on the tin. 52 IP in 5 minutes, so it does work! You do require 2 friends to do this with, but once you have them your on your way to a great IP/XP method.

 

what about exp, he told me you get 300-400 exp with exp boost every 5 min

I got this guide and it's realtively easy to follow and easy to accomplish.
Although I have not tested the method out, it looks promising but you do need 2 friends to do it with as the requirements suggested. It looks good and I'd like to thank dunkkk for the guide. Good luck with sales bro.
