How do I add money to my paypal balance?

I already left money in my bank that is linked to my paypal account. I tried to add money but it asked for my SSN social, proof of address and identification..

Is there any way to receive paypal balance without getting charged back at all?

Can I send money to someone via paypal linked to my bank/credit and then they refund the money back?

- You pay them
- They refund
- You get chargedback?

If you mean the fee, they will always screw you for the fee, but with refunds the fee is refunded aswell.

I think I understand what you're saying .........

1. somebody sends you $10
2. you add $10 that you just got from PP to your bank (takes 2-3 business day)
3. they can do a charge-back

Unfortunately, when I called Paypal up & questioned why somebody can just charge-back that easy, the woman simply replied with, "that's just how Paypal works".
