07 200k+ an hr (low req, 40+ cb maybe)

Requirements: tower of life quest (pretty short,10 construction), ability to kill a lvl 27 monster, cowhides, a single unicorn horn to start.

After tower of life you can create monsters in the basement that drop herblore ingredients. In the northeast part of the basement one of the lowest lvl ones you can create is a unicow and it drops 2-4 horns guaranteed every time. All you need to start is a single unicorn horn and cowhides. The tower is just south of the ardougne bank close to the port so banking is quick.

The best way to do it is take 14 cowhides, ya you might end up with a full inv of horns before you use them all but even with the possibility of 4 in 1 kill I still usually use up 14 for a full inv as you have to use 1 each time to make a new monster. Make sure you leave a horn there so you don't have to worry about banking and keeping one. If you ever need food you can just head outside the tower and pickpocket the builders for food, no thieving lvl requirement.

All in all it's easy money, sell the horns for 1k-1.2k and buy cowhides 150-200 gp ea and you don't have to wait too long. 200k is just a rough estimate, I used around 210 cowhides in an hour and ended up with 280 horns, sold 5 mins later for 1.1k ea. It might be a little slower if you have low combat and have to worry about food, I did it with a lvl 60 without ever really using food, but you have a free supply outside.
