little logo graphics??

So I have been noticing. All the different little graphics to the far right of someones name... and I was wondering how you would obtain those? (I KNOW VERY NOOBY QUESTION..)

They're miniranks, some you get form being active in certain sections, such as:
for activity in spam forum

Some are given to friends by the administrators, such as:


And some are given as rewards, such as:
given for winning a Member of the Year award for 2011
