You should tell us what you're doing with the computer first. Gaming, editing, BTC mining, runescape?

I'm going to assume you're gaming.

    >Pirate the OS
    >i5 3570k. I own one. It's great. Stable 24/7 @ 4.5Ghz 1.3v
    >8gb dual channel 1600mhz ram is ideal. 16gb much more than you need unless you're making a ramdisk or something.
    >670 is an okay card. Kind of expensive for the performance it gives. My 7950 @ 1125/1400 beats OC'd 680s after 12.11 drivers came out and was only $300. It uses a little bit more power than a 670 though.
    >212 evo for the cpu cooler or NH D14 depending on how much you want to spend
    >Case is preference in most cases (no pun intended) unless the case you choose is really horrid (i.e. Any NZXT case other than nzxt 210s). I can vouch for the Fractal R4. Amazing case I got for $110. Cable management, rubber grommets, and heavy and tough as fuck.

I would invest some cash in a nice monitor. IPS 1920x1080/1200 or if one of those korean IPS 2460x1440 monitors. Dell u2312hm or U2411s are great monitors <4k res.

Get a nice keyboard and mouse. Do some research on a mechanical keyboard switch you would want. G400 is the best mouse imo.

Also, DEFINITELY get a solid state drive. I use a Crucuial M4 128Gb SSD.
