TWC Removal

Hey guys, KLDG here again. I am trying once again to get this TWC taken care of. I'll go ahead and provide all the information you will probably need.

^^ As you can see I've had the TWC for 2 years and have got almost all my vouches after I got it. Even a few people went first for me.

I understand it is better safe than sorry guys, but I have really taken a blow financially. When you have a TWC it is almost damn near impossible to have any sort of business. It is hard as hell to do any trade in the market honestly. Everyone sees the TWC and automatically wants me to go first or pay OMM fees and sometimes it is for a ridiculously small amount of $$/Gp. I am looking to have this removed after 2 years of suffering. I am going to be a positive addition to the market without it and have goals set which couldn't possibly be met having a TWC.
My Explanation of the trade as good as I can remember- I requested a guy to write me a research paper and told him I would be paying with PayPal. The guy agreed and wrote the research paper very quickly. Once he was complete he told me he wouldn't accept PayPal for the paper, only RSGP. I was new to the market so If i had to rush to the market and buy GP, chances are I would have been scammed. So I refused, as I was about to enter my English class, the class the paper was for. And you can go alllllll the way back on that day and look at the IP I logged in from and it will say that I was at College. I probably would've bought the gp and paid him had the class been further away. He was later banned for scamming also, a couple months after...And here I am, 2 years later...Still TWC haunted...
So, I'm just asking for you guys to really look into this TWC and think to yourselves, did he really deserve a TWC? I've tried my best to be a positive member of the community and getting this removed will really help me in the market and will allow me to open my own business up.
All I'm asking for is a chance guys, everyone needs a chance to prove themselves. And I've got plenty of Sythe friends that are far more important to me than scamming for a game. People have my facebook, phone number, location...Im obviously not a scammer or I wouldn't let all that information out. Just please try to give me a chance.
