Heyaleks21 (third dispute)

Before i got banned i made the above thread, basically i leveled this persons account, was a bit rowdy, his account got "warned" by riot to discontinue that behaviour or the next offence is a 1 day ban. He thought that was clause enough to charge-back the money he paid me for the 30+ somthing hours i spent into the account levelling it. Total BS, his account wasn't devalued from a warning, maybe if he was reasonable a half-refund could of been done or some sort of discount, but no, he took it into his own hands to scam me of all the money he paid me.

Video said he had 24 hours to refund, Was this ever followed-through? I don't think i ever got anything in my paypal.

He still walks among us, i never got refunded and he never got banned, what was the outcome of this situation?

Could we have this re-looked at whenever a mod gets the chance?

Banned until he pays you back. If you disputed your TwC again, you have my support. IMO you've had it long enough
