    Donation Rank Not Recieved After a Week
    Hi there,

    Just informing staff that I am yet to receive my donators rank after I donated via Grave's RSGP service (via RSUltimate) around one week ago.

    The donation was for a $5 rank and was promised by the RSU Agent within 48 hours.

    As you can see, I'm a very unhappy bunny :mad: as I want to add my new avatar :3

    Happy to provide the chat logs that I was auto-emailed with by RSU if needed.
