Is it totally secure, or like PP where with a phone call it could be charged back?:

If you have internet banking, just go to it and set up a payment, enter the other persons details and send them the cash.

You could set the payment for like a weeks time, and then if you don't get whats promised cancel it. But once the payment has gone through, its final.

You need their account number, sort code and name. Likewise thats what they'll need from you.

Its pretty personal information, I wouldn't go throwing it around at newcomers. It is non reversable, unless of course it's a stolen bank account.

    Bank Transfer?

How does it work?: Domestic transfers, instant - 24 hours.

Is it totally secure, or like PP where with a phone call it could be charged back?: Can't be chargedback - unless from a hacked/stolen bank account. But unlike paypal, there would be a full investigation into the matter and it wouldn't be as transparent as PayPal.

What information do I need to give out to recieve via bank transfer: Domestic (in most countries) - Acc number and BSB. International - Acc number, BSB, full name, country and generally bank location. Oh and BISC.

Anything else I should know?: International transfers generally have a standard fee of $20-$50.

Have a junk bank checking account you transfer the money into/out of and leave it essentially empty when you're not using it. You'll give out enough information for a person to potentially steal from you

    Bank Transfer?

I'd only advise bank transfer from the same country otherwise fee's will hit you hard.
