Currently unsafe to buy 07GP atm?

I am looking to buy some 07gp but is it unsafe to buy atm?

 

I know where to buy them lol, just wondering if its unsafe atm because ive been reading about people getting banned

 

i think if you do it moderately and don't go crazy with the amounts its relatively safe

This. There is always a slight chance you'll get banned but it is unknown.

 

Same risk as always, and always will be that risk. My advice is to not purchase off of any chinese gold-farming sellers.

 

would 15-20m 07gp be too much for 1 trade?

 

btw would staking it make much of a difference?

 

Maybe selling junk in small increments would benefit. :3
Also try making a chat scenario, where someone seems desperate for an item.

 

0 risk as eoc to rs2007 is allowed = lots of unbalanced trades!

I trade 100m+ on an account to many people each day - no bans!

 

100M is kinda small though so they rarely target small trades.

 

Not true tbh. Never assume things because Jagex has shown they can be extremely unfair on 07. They have perm banned innocent chinese players as well as banned legit players who aren't even botting.

 

one of my friend bought 50m to get 3rd age part. i think his method is somewhat safest way.

after talking with gold sellers on skype. He bought zammy page set for 1.5m and spammed selling zpage set show offer, he declined other peoples offer. then the gold sellers bought it off him for 51.5m then he sent money to his paypal.

 

It's a grey area. Some are caught, some are never and continue to trade persistently. I suggest purchasing from a non-asian merchant, as Asian, in particular Chinese IP's are being mowed down hard. Make sure it's not a fresh new account. Also having an existing legitimate earned bank helps.

I agree, i've seen video's of people picking flax WITHOUT touch any kind of bots and they got banned because Jagex thinks they were involved by the flax botters. It's unfair, but that's how they always were and always will be.

 

Most chinese gold sellers use US vpns when they sell gold so there isn't any chinese IP on the accounts.

 

If you are trading with precautions such as stake trading or drop trading you may find it more safe to buy gold
