Personally I wish infractions just had an auto-notify tool because I don't think we should have to go through and add a note to every one.

But @ KMJT good job on the spam reports.

 

You seem like a nice guy and you are just as active as dave, keep up the good work

 

Incredibly fast responses to a few of my reported posts, keep up the great work, it's a nice break from waiting 24 hours for posts to be moderated. Great job KMJT.

Excellent moderator. You're doing a great job and you put a huge effort into those spam reports. Also, you're doing a great job hammering all those non-legit account sellers.

Some constructive feedback though: I would personally prefer a more personalized answer when you're doing/answering reports, it really makes the user feel like the reports are appreciated, and not just a pain in the ass to do. Not that you need to do this, because most users probably don't feel this way, and I know it's just a lot easier to reply with "Done." to reports, especially when there's a lot to do. It sure would be appreciated by many though
Other than that, I got nothing else to say. Keep up the good work.

Infracted me like 4 times, but hes only doing his job, and is doing good at it, keep it up.

 

Honestly the funniest guy on sythe when he is not angry. Unfortunately he is dragged down by his bi-polar disease. A great guy to talk to even though he has a "micropen0r". Hope you get help with your disorder m8

I'm just here to express my opinion on the infraction I have recieved from you and why I feel, that according to your own reasoning, you are setting double standards yourself.

If you are claiming that every person should be treated the same way, then if my post above "Could you possibly pay via Moneybookers, if so add my skype..." is considered spamming and is worthy an of an infraction, let me ask why these posts weren't deleted and infracted as well;

I understand the buyer clearly stated in the thread I posted on, that he wishes to pay by PayPal, but so does the seller post a clear price in the above posts, therefore their post should be interpreted as spam, as well.
If you feel my post was spam and infraction worthy, please do infract those three, as well as deleting them, because "every member should be following the same set of rules" - Otherwise please do reverse my infraction; I can give you more such spamming, infraction worthy posts if you wish.

Negotiating a price is different than asking them to do a different payment method. Not similar cases at all unless OP states their price is firm.

 

Did the buyer state that his PayPal payment method is the ONLY one?

If you interpret that post (where he doesn't specifically state PayPal is the only payment method), that he meant ONLY PayPal is the payment option he is looking to pay with, then so should it be interpreted, that every price mentioned in a thread is firm, unless stated otherwise. (If you look at it logically)

Also, want me to find you other people posting if they can pay with different payment method? I can find you a couple if I go for it, as well.

 

I also believe that KMJT is not doing a very good job lately. Closing threads that did not need to be closed, giving out infractions that are not necessary and waste time having to dispute them... Never seen many problems with him until recently but hopefully you will learn from these mistakes!

 

Elaborate on these cases otherwise your post is pointless.

 

Infractions are meant to be handed out sparingly, and its been brought up within staff in the past due to too many infractions being handed out. Therefore, if you're saying that you KNOW he wasn't trying to spam but still handed him an infraction, you're doing something wrong.

Just my two cents.

 

All users should be punished equally, it doesn't matter if they have been here for a day or a year. Otherwise people just come up to us and ask "why was this guy not punished he did the exact same thing?". If someone bumps their thread after 6 hours I infract them regardless because i'm not going to try to determine if it was an accident or not. If someone else comes and sees it they will ask why it was not infracted.

In this case the infraction was reversed because I can see your point (kfjjjdst). I was convinced that the post said paypal only when I seen your post so that is why I gave the infraction but I can now see that it doesn't say that so my apologies. For future reference, making your post on a thread that states paypal only would have been considered spam (if it literally says "paypal only"). Just like trying to negotiate a price on a thread that states a firm price would be considered spam.

And I looked at your previous infractions given by me and they all are warranted. Well I only ever really gave you one other 1 point infraction, the other 2 were warnings. It is unfair to point me out for giving you the majority of infractions because it is whoever handles the spam report first; in this case it was me.
