What's your job?

Currently a student, but in the next month will be starting a job at a federal credit union's mortgage office. Had an internship last summer for the US government working on computers at the local military base. Was quite fun, earned a nice little stipend for my work.
So I'll be the bookey for mortgages for people coming from all monetary situations ^_^

 

i'm studying

 

Currently a full time student and Uni and also a server at a restaurant.

 

Student- I work as Night Receptionist during the school year and run my own animal shelter + kennel in the Summer that I opened last year, so Summer of 2012. It is so enriching and rewarding to be able to give back to the community in this way. My organization is non-profit and aims to help lessen the burden on places such as the SPCA. My major in college is chemical engineering and I look to get into the same line of work as my father, but my passion is also animals and I will use some of my income to help fund and perpetuate this dream.

 

I work in a retail store ( Polo )

Don't work at the moment (unless you count a paper round as work >.>)

I do however work in a training place, so I work in a virtual office which prepares you for working in a workplace and prepares you for working in the future. Its quite fun. I'm there 5 days a week currently.

 

I work in a Video store, wish it was more like Clerks have been there for 7 years since I was 13.

Left for a year and worked full time as a Data Input Clerk /General engraver. I would make plaques normally 90% for funerals but sometimes for government offices and openings. We would also do huge amounts of work for the Army with War memorials for locally (Australia) and neighbouring countrys.

Photo of what we would create. I would design the item, have it all approved of etc Then program it into a router which would cut a back to front mould. We would then poor bronze, make it all pretty and ship it of.

I did not mind my job however as I have horrible spelling my work would always need to be re corrected at least once or twice which my boss would be annoyed.





Oh well time to study and earn some bigger monies!

 

I don't work, but I'd like to get a job fairly soon.

 

I drive a forklift and unload trucks 40 hrs a week, I also paint brand new houses 16 - 40 hrs a week (varies)

I make 36-42k a year

 

I am in high school and am unemployed.

That seems to be the most labor intensive job so far.

The majority of you seem to be students or unemployed, and those who are employed work in some sort of technical or graphical field

 

Dish bitch for around 2 years. I do so much more work than just dishes, it sucks. But I get paid pretty good for what I'm doing. Starting college next year hopefully, get outta this.

My job is selling rsgp, making it by staking... Well it gives me a lot of money to buy extra's since i'm still in school.
