A proper pardon

Hello, in my first post it really seems like I'm not asking for a pardon and I wanted to start over in my pardon.

"Hey I've recently been banned for scamming PlanoBasic. I was suppose to give him mems through SMS and he went first with the trade.
I attempted to buy mems from my phone but then it suddenly said no charges can be made on this phone.
I didn't know how to react and the money looked pretty nice tbh so I sweet talked him for about a few days and he finally made a scan report against me which led to my ban.
I then later made amends with him and told him I'm not a scammer at all and I just didn't know how to react at that time.
I told him I would give his mems plus I already gave him an Eoc account with 99 Str/Att/Def/Hp & 43 Prayer as a sorry gift. He was happy and now we are at good peace. I'm giving his membership today and then he said he would try and contact an admin to lift my ban."

That's basically what I had posted as a first pardon, but with the above post being said I really resentful what I did to PlanoBasic and I really wanted to make things better with him. Included above, I gave him a free account with: 99 Str/Att/Def/Hp & 43 Prayer. I have also given him his memberships on April the 3rd, 2013. We are now at good amends and became friends, he's even trying whatever he can to contact the admin who banned me to try and release me from this ban. Im really not a scammer, I was just caught in the moment. Now I hope that this will go through being read by some admins and also hope of it being passed.

I am really resentful for my actions, and I apologize to PlanoBasic & the administrators for letting them down by breaking the Sythe rules. I hope I can get a second chance so that I may increase my reputation in this community and maybe one day become up there with the high trusted members. Thank you
