If you created a OMM application thread and it is under "Getting Proofs", are people allowed to post on that thread and give their recommendation?
Or just you need to gather proofs before getting recommendations?

You can gather proofs while getting recommendations at the same time.

 

It's fine to post, but I'd wait until I had all proofs

So it is not possible for people to vouch you on your OMM thread while you are still getting proofs?

 

Yes people can vouch whenever they want, proofs or not. But the OMM/trusted vouch/recommendation only comes after all proofs are complete

 

I had most of my recommendations prior to gathering my final proof. To my knowledge I haven't seen that stated at all, except for the fact that you need an OMM/trusted vouch to submit your application.
