I made this account when game came out but later decided I wanna make a staker seeing it's all I did on rs.

It has rfd done, dt done, and also anchor quests done but you need to pay 230k for anchor.

It's about 2.7k off 46 def so you can't level up by mistake all def quests you need are completed. And all prayer quests are also completed.
