Yeah, I've pmed sypherz. I've also PMed the entire team by just mass-pming them all at once, still haven't got a single response. I'm going to send you the guide again, hopefully the process will be faster next time.

And I just support kicking the inactive members and replacing them with users you deem active and experienced. A new OGV applications seem correct for the current situation.

Would I have to re-apply for the OGV team? I was one of the most active when I was in the team, unfortunately, my ban in 2012 took that position away.

 

Well I hope you can as it doesn't seem like many OGV are even going on the topics of importance right now.

Same here. I can really devote alot of time and effort into making the OGV team a better 'system' - I also have a vast knowledge and experience in RS, been playing since 2004.

 

Although OGV team is not just about knowing about RS, but any money making methods/guides/etc we need people who can specialize in areas in which others cant.


I have to ask again who is our leader? I think a week will be enough to find out who will be replaced. After that we should commence accepting new worthy members

Also please spread this thread to anyone who is remotely interested in selling guides so we can make sure the new OGV team/rules where we can create it for all buyers/sellers to be happy with it.

 

The leader currently is Sypherz, though as he said on canadianskies (his alternate account) - he doesn't have the time for it. gtdarkpunisher, you could run it yourself honestly. Sypherz questions how that would work but the CDT has always been run by someone without community perms, so you wouldn't need market perms. Just make sure that when you recruit people you approach an active market moderator or two and have them incorporated into the team so that they can move/lock threads etc for you.

The best way to do it would be to definitely have applications instead of just having a few people register interest on this thread so as to get a wider amount of applicants so you can pick the cream of the crop. I wish I could apply, but in my current situation I would simply be inactive.

Fairly sure Nero got banned for griefing also so he will have to be taken out and replaced (Unfortunate since he was active within the OGV when he was not banned from my observation)

And from my observations (Not really my place to say since I can't see the inner workings of the OGV lounge so I wouldn't know completely - I am basing this on their general activity) majority of the team could be scrapped

 

Take the discussion to your private forum, get rid of the inactive people (I will strip there perms) and get it going in the right direction again, any help needed, just PM me.
