Is Denying OMM against rules?

Hey, im wondering if a new seller denys a MM or OMM is it against the rules? I was trying to buy and i asked for an OMM to hold, and he said no goodbye. Is this allowed? I feel like others could possibly be scammed by this guy.

 

Just beware with these kind of people. You could request TWC with sufficient evidence and a Mod/Admin will handle it.

If they don't accept MM/OMM, most likely they are here to scam and whatnot.

 

Where do i go to request a TWC? he has 2 vouches which are both 3m+ goldsales which i think are fake aswell.

Well have sufficient proof like PMs and stuffs. So it'll be more precised and can be dealt with faster etc.

Denying the use of a OMM or MM is pretty sketchy. Scammers usually refuse them.

 

Not against the rules, but I'm sure its TWC worthy.

 

If someone declines an OMM which is being paid for by the other person, and they don't have a good reason to decline they may get a TwC at staff discretion.

 

If it is paid for, it should really be looked into... otherwise, the only other reason I can see for doing this is to obtain vouches from going second.

 

No, it's not. However does make individuals look sktechy.

 

It is TWC worthy i believe i would just recommend reporting someone if they don't have a good reason to deny it.

 

It isn't but sometimes, dependant on the situation, it can warrant a TWC.
