Moneypak Problem

Hello,
So i just bought a moneypak but now i want to add it to my paypal account but i dont have a usa ssn and im on holiday now last year i did the same i created a USA paypal and then added the moneypak but now it has strong security if anyone is willing to help me please it would be so nice because its 45$ and i want to get it on my paypal :S

 

You need a Social Security Number, you will have to get a American to activate it on their account and send it to you. I guess someone will do it for a small fee.

 

but who will do it for a small fee?
