Anyone in the military?

I was looking to join the Force, but the recruiter told me they were freezing ROTC scholarships and there was a huge line for the boards. But im in army rotc now

 

The exact opposite, we've just had a third round of a "single-opportunity" scholarship, plus 7000 dollars awarded to our class alone

What sucks, though, is they're cutting back on EA field training slots because the war's funding is on the decline, so they're being super selective about handing out EAs this year.

 

E-2 in the USN, I just got approved for my Top Secret Clearance so I cross-rated to IT. I'm leaving for BCT in Illinois in September and then doing 24 weeks in Pensacola. I should be E-3 by the time I go to basic, though.

 

I thought about joining the army... But it looks like it doesn't pay good, my grandfather was in the air force, and some kid from my school is leaving to join the army next year, who knows im still in grade 11 i might join right after grade 12 grad
