Buying and Selling RSGP/Acc's, Safe?

Ive been exchanging Runescape accounts and gold for a while now, but Ive never sold anything using my paypal account or using bank transfer. Ive looked through plenty guides on how to sell rsgp using paypal, but there is always that consequence of chargeback. You have up to 6 months to charge back, so in my eyes couldnt a highly trusted member of sythe get banned and charge back all of their purchases? And I don't feel safe giving out my bank information to anyone I don't know, especially online. I tried numerous methods to sell my stuff, but no method I know is 100% safe.

I was wondering what methods do you guys use for the safest and easiest way to sell rsgp/accounts?

rsgp yes if its a trusted seller, as for accounts ive had my fair share of bad luck and ive come to the conclusion that accounts are always recoverable. i would only buy an acc from an omm/mod that was the actual creator. other that that i've learned not to buy accs.
