No, don't get any of those. HTC One and HTC One X+ are different. I know it sounds weird, but trust me. HTC One (M7 model) is the newest phone by HTC, the HTC One X+ is around half a year old now, and Butterfly came out before HTC One I believe. Now I don't know the retailers in Australia, but I'll link you to a few places.
