What has happened to the spam forum lol, threads are getting deleted for calling someone a faggot. isn't that what the forum is for, either use it or if you feel offended leave and come back when you can take a joke

Find me one example where I've 'bullied' someone in the Spam Forum. BootyLove is a known troll and didn't provide any examples to back up his statement. All you're doing is just linking a quote over.

I don't care. I had enough shit last year where 90% of the hate was for stuff I hadn't even done. I'm not having another year of this.

Elena had staff get involved when people bullied her, they are only being fair to get involved when Laptop is being bullied.

Shoop's bi, and if he didn't like my post he would have infracted / deleted the post or got someone else to do it. He has perms in that section as it is. He wouldn't care anyway.

There's a difference between harmless post like that and full fledged threads dedicated to harassing a member. Lets see if someone can find a thread by me on harassing another user of the site.

I can understand the Elena threads that happened a while ago, (which I still don't get why there was so much hype about it) but this is different. There have not been any "full fledged threads dedicated to harassing" you in a while. 1 or 2 posts time-to-time calling you, or any other person such as "OP", a faggot should not be infraction worthy in the spam forum rofl.

Edit: To be honest, I couldn't care less about this whole issue of staff deleting certain threads in order to protect users, but it's just this whole double standard thing that I have a problem with. For example, I got banned for 1 week for saying "Free Marrow". I'm assuming iJava got banned permanently for saying "Free Marrow". Nothing happened to Gohan when he said "Free Marrow". These arbitrary new rules that can magically blend and twist whenever they please and that get made up on the spot is unbelievable. And people wonder why the community aspect of Sythe and the spam forum is dying.

 

Lets end this pissing contest and agree that threads shouldn't be deleted in the spam forum unless it's harrassment.

If someone literally makes a thread "DJWEASEL IS A FAGGOT"

Then goes and slanders my name I think that it warrants a infraction and deleted thread.

 

All of you butthurts (Mage/Fendle/Bootylove), if you don't like the rules there is a logout button in the top right, click and never come back, I'm pretty sure 90% of the forum would never care, as you just troll people who you 'dislike' and get annoyed when you get punished. Deal with it, just not in the suggestions forum.

 

If it is directed at someone and tarnishing them or their reputation it should be deleted.
