Best practices for trading Minecraft accounts (both migrated and unmigrated)

Hello :) I am looking to buy some Minecraft accounts in the future. I probably won't be buying them soon, as college takes precedence right now, but as I have a bit of time off, I'd like to ask some questions.

Generally, I'd like to avoid being scammed, and I'd also like to avoid angering the people I trade with. I have a few questions that relate to this:

What are the dangers in buying un-migrated Minecraft accounts?
If I have my MiddleMan change the password on an un-migrated Minecraft account (to something secure) will the original owner (or anyone else for that matter) be able to re-claim my account without guessing my password? How would they achieve this, and how can I avoid it happening to me?

What are the dangers in buying migrated Minecraft accounts?
If I have my MiddleMan change the password AND email to be accessible from a spaminator.com account (one of their secure ones that you can't log into) would it then be possible for the original owner of the account (or anyone else) to break into my account without guessing the password? How would they accomplish this, and, how do I avoid it happening to me?

What are the best practices in A: Finding a good middleman, and, B: Finding (and/or convincing) a middleman to 1) Verify that accounts are premium, 2) Change passwords, and 3) change emails? How do I do this without annoying the MiddleMan?

Is it possible to find out if the minecraft accounts I am buying are stolen? How can I avoid buying stolen accounts?

Have you ever successfully bought minecraft accounts? What was the lowest price you managed to buy them for?

    And, finally:
I am aware that *I* should be using a screen recording for transactions -- but do middlemen typically ALSO record transactions?

Any other advice you have to help me avoid getting scammed would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

ok well i used to sell allot of alts on another forums...

go here we go: when u are buying these kind of accounts, they are called alts which me alternative account they are mostly used by greifiers , spammers , etc...
but if u are gonna buy a mc account for like .55 cents u wont get email access, change password, u can just login and have some fun...
migrated accounts are more hard to get then the un-migrated and they are more secure because the accounts u are buying have passwords like : password,minecraft,123454656 and other dumb shit. so if u play on a server and some one cant guess your password or login because they cant know the email u migrated to so its harder to get/crack...
