help me out a bit right now i just wanna gain weight not working out and anything (i never hit the gym). it seems that i can never gain weight no matter what. it has been the same for years. I'm trying something out now like eating a beef pie everyday before bed :D is that gonna work? i look just like u in the first picture and I'm 21 somewhere between 130 and 140 lbs. i hope if i do gain weight from pies it won't go to my stomach ouch but other parts. asian transformation begins here!

Lol find out ur maintainence calories (how much ur body needs to maintain ur current weight) and eat 300-500 cals above that. Since ur starting out i think it'd be ok to just jump up to 2800 cals-3000 cals. You wont really gain fat with that much, just put on some good mass. Just a beef pie wont really help if you aren't eating more than what ur current body needs lol. Also in the beginning as long as u lift right, you'll see mostly muscle and minimal fat gains. I'd recommend a weight gainer like ON serious mass for some1 like you mixed with a litre of milk dailly. Drink a glass of it every 2-3 hours (You get 5-6 glasses when mixed with a litre). That with a high protein, low fat diet and you'll put on some good muscle without fat :)

Damn dude whatever you've been doing keep it up. I see a major change from the pics. I need to start doing that routine you posted lol. But just one question did you ever notice a decrease in sprinting speed after lifting weights? That's an attribute I can't afford to lose lol.

Yes i did. Was super fast before now not as fast. But i'd attribute that mainly due to the fact that i haven't done any cardio for the past 1.5 years lol. I'm sure if you trained your running and ate at a surplus, you would gain muscle and increase speed

If your bulking.. I´d suggest cardio.

It helps you absorb the food better, makes you eat more, increases metabolism through out the day which also mean you could eat more for the same increasin levels in fat and bullshit

Optimum serious mass, best weight gainer out there. Rest of ur diet should be high in protein and fats tho since its heavy in carbs (250g of it in 1 serving) But it makes the process of eating way easier :)
