New Way of Selling Gold?

So apparently when you try selling gold to major resellers they have to wait to "find a buyer". When asked why they had to wait to find a buyer, one of them responded that they don't have a runescape account o.o? Are rwting bans so common that these resellers dont actually handle the gold themselves but instead arrange purchases between a buyer and a seller? What's the reasoning for this?

If so Jagex is doing a much better job at preventing rwting if people are too scared to be linked to rwting transactions.

 

What a few large (if not all) resellers do at current is only buy an amount they have a buyer lined up for, due to RWT bans and resets etc. It's a rare occurrence where buyers will buy any amount and hold stock.
