No. I'm running 6 bots and I've had no problems all week.

 

You've honestly had no problems accessing the website? Downloading new scripts? Restarting your bot to load those scripts? Restarting your bot to update to the latest version?

I call BS mate.

I've also been botting all week, but i've not closed tribot for about 3 days now, its an outdated build and I cant get a new one to load.

Yes, you can still bot - just about, but it's not optimal and should a more stable bot that can resist ddos (or just so happen to be released by the ddosers >_> )enter the market then tribot won't last.

 

Bugabuse you don't have to restart your bot to load new scripts. I know this because while scripting all i have to do is click save on Eclipse then ReRun on the client.

Also it's not being DDoS'd the owner said that it is an issue with the CloudFlare service and they are working to get that resolved asap

 

You're putting so many words in my mouth.

I downloaded all the scripts I need.

I don't need to restart the bot to load the script. Even if the bot can't read the scripts that are on my PC now, by clicking re-run script, the script re-runs itself. The scripts that I'm running are decently stable, and through the bit of uptime that the site had yesterday, I was able to update the new versions of the scripts I'm running and even download a couple others for future use.

I had 7 going and I did accidentally close one, so now I'm down to 6. All it takes is 30 seconds of website uptime for that one to be back up and running again. The up/down time doesn't change the stability though. TriBot in itself is not the most stable bot, but it's been doing what I need it to do the same when it's up or when it's down.

Resisting DDoS is not as easy as it sounds, especially if there are numerous attacks coming in simontaniously. Someone obviously doesn't want TriBot running, and for a guy making 5$ per VIP, paying 2 grand for the DDoS support that a corporation might have is not worth it. I'm sure there are some other possible solutions (and I detailed them when TriBot was down for a few days last week/same with wBot) that won't be as expensive, but it's whatever. As long as their DDoS protection is enough to allow the website to work every once in a while, that's all you really need to get the bot going.

It's not on the same level as Powerbot or even wBot by any means, but I've gotten WELL worth 5 dollars.

And I'll show you a screenshot/video if you don't believe me lol. I have 4 running on my PC and 2 on my VPS.

 

Yeah, okay, fair points. And i'll have to mess around with loading scripts when I get home - was pretty sure it wasn't working for me though?

Even if it does 'what we need it to' I still believe that if/when a better alternative comes along most of the users will jump ship - and a bot without a decent userbase/pool of scripters isn't much of a bot...

Greatful for what we do have, sure, but being realistic...

I hope that's true, really do, but learned to take what people say - especially in the botting world, with a pinch of salt tbh.
