• Proof of PayPal email (did he state his PayPal email in the Skype conversation?)
• Proof that the above Paypal email is the same one that disputed the payment to you (click "Details" on your transaction history)

Also, did he ever state his PayPal email in the Skype conversation? We need to prove that "[email protected]" is owned by him.

 

Yes I am certian it is "thedigitalwarehouse" check the vouches I posted up there from him for the exact amounts I have been charged back for. Maybe he is the owner of both accounts.

Thanks for your help. In the future, someone stating themselves as a sythe user over Skype is not valid proof. For example, I could state my sythe username was "scriptsmade," but that doesn't make me scriptsmade - the best way to verify someone's identity is to request a proper private message.

We still need proof that the user owns "[email protected]" Can you at least show us the time of the purchase (him saying that he sent the payment on Skype) and the bottom portion of the Details screenshot on paypal.com?

also check when he posted his vouch it will be the same time as well
