Can people do chargeback in Moneybookers?

I heard that people can easily charge-back in PayPal. So I'm wondering if its the same with Moneybookers.

You can NOT chargeback in WU though, or it may be MB!

Correct me if I'm wrong, as I don't have much experience with this. But I believe anyone has the ability to chargeback on moneybookers, although not as easy as PayPal. Someone with a bit more experience may elaborate -

The safest payment method, that I would use is Western Union, but the fees are quite big though.

i think people can, look if someone buy gold from you and the next day they call their bank saying "someone used my credit card without my authorisation in moneybookers" the bank is going to probably charge back the payment

 

It's not as easy to chargeback on MB as paypal, but the possibility is always there.

yeah you can but ain't nothing more then a bitch then paypal, they're the worst honestly i hate them.

 

There is a possibility, That's why i prefer Western Union ( Safest way in my opinion)
