Obviosuly the guy just got busy IRL or business wise. The guy makes good money being a trustworthy chap. So I highly doubt he'd throw it all away over the 4.5m.. It seems as though thatd be pocket change to him

 

He's indeed a name sniper, I've seen him selling my friends' names within days of getting sniped.

This is stupid, as you can see the only people disagreeing are people with donator and vouches that make money from this and want to get rid of the competition.

You have to put yourself in his shoes.

His being banned for something they "Accuse" him of doing and his donated $300 dollars to this site.

If you have solid proof on name sniping, PLEASE keep him banned, if not unban.

Even giving him a TWC is way to much penalty, for something he didn't do.
To be honest he should be paid for the hastle.

He told me that he purchased the name for 200m. The name then got deleted by JaGeX and given to the original account owner.

Ive read all the disputes, and "evidence". Unless the staff has something they are not showing why is he banned? He has done one or two orders for me perfectly fine? Who did he scam? What did he steal? Who can prove he is sniping names? He advertised their clan, thats not really worthy of a ban, not a single person scammed, nothing but good vouches? I think a TWC for advertising a clan that has been known to have Name Snipers in it would be more towards what he needed. I think he has every right to be pissed.

If you want to form a good defensive argument it is recommend not to attack the speaker, insults only make you look like you have no idea how to structure an argument. This is known as a "Red Herring". Point out flaws in his argument, then you wont look like a douche.

I can point of many things wrong about it, the name was never sold, it was just getting xfered to an hosting acc.

Yeah, I can record his desktop and capture the moment when the account got sniped. If you followed the name up to the day the name got put up on sale, you would have noticed the name got in here within days of getting xfered.
