Gold Exchange Safety Questions (short)

Just two quick questions as I am buying gold tomorrow.

I have been stockpiling bought gold slowly over time for quite some time as I want to be out of the gold trade but with all the gold I will ever need for the rest of my RS life stored up and invested.

I have almost achieved these ends. I would appreciate some help in my final purchase which should top things off. Maybe...... flipping gold can be adicting as many of you know....

Anyhow:

Last purchase was 1 month ago.... it was a 1b purchase, I would like to purchase around 900m to 1b now, however I am wondering if it is too close to my last purchase. Considering that I bought 1b a month ago is there a good chance of me getting RWT ban or should moving two 1b purchases in a months time apart not be a consideration at all for an RWT ban. This is my main concern...

Secondly, has anyone ever dealt with the Smokin Mil's GP shop? Do they scam or are they legit?

If someone could clear up these questions I would be greatly appreciative. Thanks alot in advance to all responders!
