report scammer (scammed me pure acc)

My Skype ID is: jacklifeman12
I am talking with the Skype ID: green_sythe
The trade is: i go first because his trusted as he said to me and proof to me
and the deal was i am selling his pure acc for 3m 07 rs
after that i change the email reg to his email and gave him all details
he removed his all chat for the conversation and didnt gave me the 3m
and didnt asnwer me.
