OneLazyNinja is a scammer

He was offering information on a website that offered RP for league of legends at a discount. I offered him 5$ up front and 5$ when I completed a purchase. I paid him the 5$ and he blocked me on skype.

Looks like he has done this before but the user did not offer up proper proof.
