I see a strange error on Player Auctions and they don't even start fixing it.

The thing is, if you get a NEUTRAL feedback, it effects your positive feedback score. NEUTRAL means neutral, and only negative feedbacks should affect it. Even their customer support agents agree.

Also, one year ago they told me that they are going to fix it, but they still have not.

This should be resolved ASAP.

 

Isn't it the same way on Ebay? It makes sense, really. Your rating is "97% positive". Neutral isn't positive so it should not be included in the 97.

 

I agree with nick, If it isn't a positive feedback, why should it count forward your positive feedback rating?

 

Neutral to me means "meh they weren't great but it could have been worse", I don't see why it'd be counted as positive.

 

I realized that too. I was browsing through the profile of some sellers and they had no negative feedbacks but only Positive + Neutral. It brought down the total % of positive feedbacks. Really weird.

Neutral means neutral, and it means neutral on Ebay, but these Chinese people can't seem to fix it.
It does not mean positive, but it does not mean negative either, that's the reason of a neutral feedback.

 

This must be fixed cuz it will down rate everyone who takes time to trade

 

Neutral means nothing, it means that it was okay, but not fantastic.

Positive +1 Neutral 0 Negative -1. That's how it is supposed to work.

 

Totally agree, they have so many things to fix. Even when you have a new sale, there could be a pop-up or a sound notification.

 

It should bring your positive feedback result down as it's not positive. I think they just filled you up with BS as they couldn't explain how it should work in english.

 

No, they never tried to argue that I was wrong.
Also, last year I was emailed by them and was told that they will fix this, but they did not.
