Hi i have recently discovered a exploit to unlock everything I have done this to several of my accounts none of witch have been banned yet (going on 2 months) now this is a payment exploit so even tho nothing has happened to me yet doesn't mean its entirely safe. BUT if you have a few smurfs u would like free champions on or some free boosts to help you level I belive you can do it in small amounts and get away with it. I can do it on your account or you can do it yourself.

yes it is a way to trick the payment method again going on 2 months of a 500$ purchase I have yet to pay a dime on. I do expect this acount to get banned cause 500$ in 1 shot is extremely bait
but if you only use it to add another 10-20$ on your purchase you can get away with it no problem add a few boosts finaly get those runes/champions u need on a SMURF. Again my method is real i can provide proof and you dont need any external programs i can do it on your account or you can do it yourself Lalapo14 contacted me and i revealed the whole method aswell as screenshots to prove he has been unable to test due to some kid trying to scam him on his post (yes i was following the back and forth pretty entertaining) but contact me if your interested and dont be bait with it

3/30/2013

Step 1. Purchase a Visa card GreenDot/MoneyCard/Reloadable
Step 2. Activate it, usually $10-20
Step 3. Spend the $10-20 on it
Step 4. Link the $0 card to PayPal 0$ Paypal.
Step 5. Pay with PayPal, it shows as Denied on PayPal and you get the RP.

Thats what it was maybe people can still mess with it and get it to work but it doesnt go for me anymore and 1 of my accounts just got the ban XD
