    Pretty sure your not allowed to sell any accounts that have a payment method on file. You would have to delete the payment method and repost proof that the payment method is no longer on the account. This prevents people from selling phished/carded accounts.

    If he migrates the account it forces off any paypal payment options. Just migrate the account region to a common area (Australia, US or Canada) and the paypal account will be removed, but the gold membership should stay.
