User "rtyrty1000" hacked and banned

Hello,

This is rtyrty1000 on a secondary account. I cannot access the site on rtyrty1000 due to the following message -

"You have been banned for the following reason:
Hacked

Date the ban will be lifted: Never

If you feel that this ban was given in error, you may explain why you think so in the Dispute Forum without registering a new account, and a moderator or administrator will review your case and come to a final decision."

The account rtyrty1000 was banned for being hacked and scamming other players. Before this occurrence, I had much credibility and trust to my name. For years I provided MA services and completed transactions scam free.

Then somehow, someone gets a grasp on my account, and posts in the '07 gold section claiming to sell rs gold. The post was made with hideous English and nonsense quantifiers, unlike most of my service threads on this site have been.

Anyways, players who witnessed it and mods who have reviewed the case all stated I was hacked and therefore banned. It looks like the thug only made off with $15 anyways.

So my question is how can I get my account ban lifted once the password is reset (password is still the same as it's always been) and back in my hands? Surely I should not suffer and lose access to the account forever because someone else accessed it for a few hours? I miss my account and all the vouches and trust I worked so hard to attain.

You will need to pay back the user(s) who were scamming, then create a dispute.
We can then have your password reset to an email which only you know.

For now, work on paying back the victims.

 

Please repay the victims and create a high pardon.
