Choices between ADCs

So I have a choice between 7 (8 if you count M.F.) that I can get right now... and 12700 IP...

Choices I have are:

Caitlyn (Bought)
Draven
Ezreal
Graves
Kog'Maw
Quinn (Bought)
Vayne
and Miss.. If you consider her an ADC...

Anyways, I'm more leaning towards Cait & Quinn... but I'm not sure.

I love Quinn right now but I'm not sure if she'll be nerfed with next patch...
Caitlyn's range is insane compared to other ADCs and her escape is decent. Ezreal... is ezreal (same with Draven) - OP if built properly. Not sure about Vayne and Kog'Maw.

Graves has a strong passive but that doesn't exactly make me want to get him as an ADC.

 

Miss fortune is an amazing adc right now and one of my favourite to play, I highly recommend you play her. I doubt quinn will be getting nerfed soon because she isn't that strong. If you love playing quinn why not just buy her.

 

Quinn won't be nerfed. She's much more likely to get buffed.

 

I got Quinn (based on both your opinions) and Cait (partially based on Turtle's carry)... But I'm still curious. I mean I can get another character soon so who next...

 

I personally like vayne out of the remaining choices.

 

Since her release my favorite AD has always been Vayne. She got several smacks in the face with the nerfbat, and an even larger one with the nerf to her itemization in S3, but she was still in a good place and I was quite fond of her...then they massively buffed her mana pool and now she can just spam tumble all day in lane.

Among the list, Vayne is definitely the most skill-intensive champion (skill meaning positioning and kite micro,) so be wary that she's not like MF or Ezreal where you can just run in and use your insane range or escape to win a team fight. Tristana, Kog'Maw and Vayne are the top 3 hypercarries - and now they buffed Vayne's lane phase, which is the main way to shut her down and prevent her from evaporating your tanks.

Is it obvious I like Vayne? Because I like Vayne. Buy Vayne.

 

MF does count as an ADC.

Ezreal's abilities are all skill shots, so if you're good with those then I'd 100% say get him.

Caitlyn isn't too bad either, however Vayne is an OP ADC.

 

Miss Fortune is the way to go. My first two pentas were both with her last season. She's a viable AP, but her ADC is SO much stronger imo, especially duo with Nunu and his blood boil.

 

Vayne = op if you dont suck shit.

 

MF is the strongest adc in the game

 

MF is easy the best adc, love her passive.
What about Tristana? She can be so good & great cc.
Edit: Plus she has incredible range & Her W is great for escaping.

I have thought about miss fortune and while her passive is pretty strong, it's the fact that I've never seen her ulti take anyone out that bothers me. >_<

 

really? Her ulti is so good in a team fight. Does serious amount of damage.

I have personally never seen her go-at-it in team fights, so I don't know.

I know he's very strong (to the point he can hypercarry), but if I plan on going into PVP/ranked any time soon he's usually locked out isn't he?

 

No? Draven has a reasonable pick rate and an extremely low ban rate. He also does exorbitant amounts of damage to players who don't know how to punish an escapeless carry (i.e., nearly everyone you'll be going against in the first ranked matches.)

 

Get Draven. Like Tgump said, I never see him banned. I'm not in platinum leagues by any means, but still he's a pretty uncommon ban. If they ban Draven, it just means your team can pick up a much more unbalanced player instead.

Draven is definitely not overbalanced. He's just fun, and his level 1-3 damage out-hits anybody in the game pretty much. Still if you pick first, his counters can be pretty mean--basically any champion that can zone. A bad timed axe throw + a good opponent's Taric stun can mean game over. All in all, Draven is a lot like his brother (Darius)--they have the potential to be absurd against noobs, but against normally competent players he's just fine. All champions have their weaknesses.


Also +1 for MF as well. You must have never seen a real MF play. In the right hands her ultimate can do thousands of damage.

 

I used to play Graves quite a lot, and once you learn exactly how much damage he can deal, you basically always get last hit on minions and champions and he is just a very strong champion (Especially in laning phase )

 

vayne is one of the strongest if not the strongest ADC lategame. I prefer graves, his in your face shotgun too much fun

 

It seems everyone has their favorite ADCs. I'm surprised Ezreal hasn't been brought up somewhere in there though. o.o

Anyways, I think my next two ADCs I will go for are Vayne and Draven.
