gtdarkpunisher Abuse of Power

Explain What Happened: I've been selling a 07 lure guide here on Sythe since about the 2nd week of old school RuneScape. It became the #1 07 guide here on Sythe, not for no reason but because people enjoyed the content and my customer service.

I've received 25+ positive vouches for it on my thread. All positive except for one user who was upset the methods did not work as he/she had thought.

This user complains and gtdarkpunisher almost instantly attacks my thread. Rather than simply sending me a private message with something along the lines of "I am part of the guide verificaition team do you mind sending me a copy of your guide to verify it's your content" he uses his power to ask previous buyers of my guide for a copy of the guide. He never attempted to ask me, or even inform me that there was a problem.

He/the upset buyer digs up a video explaining a variation of my method from 2007.

Why I believe this is abuse of power: My guide contains more than one method, in fact I also create new versions of the guide every few weeks in give them to purchasers for FREE as an upgrade. So my 'guide' is more of a subscription and it also contains not only one method but many multiple methods. Just because gtdarkpunisher has found a video of the method from a while back should not mean my thread be closed.

Also I believe as a member of the guide verification team (a person who should be representing Sythe.org) handled the situation very poorly. Rather than making any attempt to contact me and verify the guide he almost made threats that he would just get it through other members who have purchased my guide.

 

This isn't a scam report, nor do I disagree w/ the action taken in regards to the thread being closed, nor his method of obtaining your guide.
