Need help - clicked on a java drive by - by accident !

I dont know what to do, i clicked on a link that was obviously shady and i accepted the java to run on my machine, now i know am keylogged/rated or whatever i just don't know how to scan my pc or how to make sure its clean.



Please some one help!

Time format, thats the best way to deal with everything.
reinstall windows.

 

Am at my house for the week, and my windows CD is at the apartment, i ran Combofix and it detected some java exploits, should i uninstall/reinstall java?

Even if i could, i still cant format atm, to many files will be lost
