Defence skiller - Runecrafting [Running Natures]?

Ok so i'm thinking about making a defense pure, but it'll be a skiller as well.

To runecraft nats should i get there via abyss? or should i just go to a world where people run nats?

My second question is, how do I go about getting runners for nats? so I can just stay there and craft the runes?

I guess any other tips for runecrafting and running would be appreciated

 

You can make a thread on forums or find a world where people are running nats and advertise yourself there

 

Nat running works by you giving them the 28 nature runes & their essence back , all you get is the satisfaction of faster exp. But there's a nature running world, you can sell your essence to the general store north of the alter and buy them back for 1 gp each.
