07 runescape full screen

Hello everyone, I am looking for a way to make the runescape window stretch across my entire screen or just magnify it by a bit. I play on my television and it is very difficult to read text and at this rate I will be blind in a couple months lol. I've tried a few programs but none really fit the bill of what I'm looking for. Thanks for any help

 

You could just lower the resolution of your screen to get the same result.

 

yeah I've tried that its just a pita to switch it back and forth, was just wondering if there's a program out there someone knows of to do this

 

Not that I know of I would just wait and see if Jagex implements full screen.

 

I doubt they'd ever add full screen mode. The whole purpose of 07 runescape is so that we could relive the game how it was before. This is no where close to those specifications. Sry man :/

 

Try playing in a VM with a low res rate, so you dont need to change all the time.

Alternatively if you fiddle with the settings on the windows magnifier tool you can get a nice large playing window.

 

Change the resolution to 800x600 maybe or even lower. Haha.

 

This is why we wont get a full screen mode, people seem to misunderstand what we want. Most people who are requesting full screen mode just want the whole java window to stretch, giving nobody an unfair advantage/further view Don't post if you don't have anything constructive to contribute.

VM is a very good idea, will try that out today!!

Windows magnifier would be great, but it doesn't allow you to turn tracking off, at least on my release of it so it is constantly following your mouse or keyboard around.
