Best place to train with Cannon?

What's the best place HP wise and GP wise to train with a cannon in old school Runescape?

 

Id say dags, Pick up the seeds

 

Belongs in the OSRS section.

Dags are pretty good xp and you can get decent cash from them also, they drop a ton of seeds.

 

Always fun to piss people off at bandits

 

Dagannoths, Bandits, Ogres(At King Lathas' Camp), Rock Crabs(if you want to be a dick), etc.
