Is it illegal to buy an Amazon account with a balance on it?

I was just wondering if its legal to buy an amazon account with a remaining balance on it. Some guy wants to sell me an account with "x" amount (not telling the amount but its high), and he said that he SE'd it. Would it be bad on my part if I buy it?

 

In my opinion, I'd believe it best to not buy it. You can't be sure if he's the rightful owner of that account, and nethertheless you're talking about Amazon. If they find out fraud or theft is in place, which you obviously aren't responsible for, but I do think that is against there guidelines.

Basically, I'd say it is a very bad buy and I highly suggest doing so...

Generally, buying any type of account that was originally registered and meant to be used by someone else is illegal. It's always best just to make your own to avoid problems down the road.

Amazon.com's terms of service prohibits shared access To a single account, with threat of legal action or immediate termination of said account. Whether the account has been used or not, stocked with currency or bereft thereof, or any shade of gray you could possibly imagine: they will not let you share/sell/trade accounts.

Of course, whether or not they would find out or even punish you for it (if the original user of the account reported the incident), I would say you're probably safe (unless the user you buy it from DOES report you)

 

You look your buying an account with money on it right, and he will charge you a hire amount for the account besdies from breaking amazing TOC, you will not get that money it would play out that you send the money log onto the account and some how that money has gone or you can not use it. Sounds to good to be true it is, guys trying to scam you IMO
