His services are powered by the team RFB network, and it's them who snipe and advertise it. If you are a member of a sniping team you are not clean.

Him and fcpl0x run this shop, and name sales are concurrent with the team's sniping activities. It's rumoured that fc is anyway, but there was never anything that linked him to team RFB, even though he was trying to find out all private names without buying any.

I have something in the SL about it now. Waiting for some input from other mods. I've definitely got my eye on it, don't worry.
