The reason it looks like I am ban evading, is me and my brother are close, ALL of our accounts have "reveng" or "revenge" and the end, the reason he has "deth" at the beginning is because he almost died when the camp he was staying at in Afganistan got invaded, I have "yava" at the beginning because I am half Yavapai Indian we usually keep the same names on everything, the only thing we play together is runescape, I am maxed besides dung, and he has like 12+ 99s. our skypes are the same, because when we made it, he did not have a computer, and everything on my computer starts with a "Z".

the reason I made a sythe acc in the first place was he was still selling runescape accounts, i tried selling one, but only got offers on it

that was the message that got archived again, the 2nd mod said the same thing as the first mod "you are responsible for your ip" i do not see what i can do now, i can not repay the guy that he scammed, as there is no way that i can get into contact with him. i think when there is no way to contact the person than the person who got banned for "scamming" the other person should be unbanned but with a twc. my point is that there is no fairness, now i cannot use this site to sell my merchandise because of a guy who is now banned and whom i cannot contact.

 

Closing this because you are still responsible for your own IP, and you have to at least make an attempt to pay the user back. Thanks.
