Account unban and recovery

Yesterday around 3-4 p.m. central time my Sythe and Skype accounts were hacked and recovery emails changed. I was able to regain access to my Skype. The user the Skype name of "daniel adams oogabooga" was in contact with me once I regained control of my Skype. He had Skyped my girlfriend while I was in class and tried to get pictures from her. While he had control of my account I created a new Skype and was in contact with him.

The Fred Williams is him on my account the fred williams is me on my new one. I can take screenies also if needed.

I am sure there was an IP change within this time period. I can provide my IP upon request (my current is not it I am at my Uni). I sent a request yesterday but did not really include everything. If possible I would like to talk to an admin or moderator through pm on Skype about some things I have a few unrelated questions. I can provide almost anything else needed.
