My numbers would have definitely been inflated had I accepted direct Paypal (Which is the main source of chargebacks)

I deferred all my paypal inquiries to PlayerAuctions, and used other methods such as Greendot/WU/MG/Mail/etc. Less business since not as many people use those methods, but more peace of mind since the money was 99.9% mine for good once it was in my hands.

So would you say that refusing to accept direct PayPal (And ultimately not facing any chargebacks) in the long run will give better profits compared to accepting direct PayPal (And getting more customers)?

Well I'd rather be safe than sorry. Especially when dealing with people online you never know who you're going to get, and it's hard to gauge someone's trust level via a 5-10 minute MSN chat. I just CBF'd with chargeback's and heard some pretty bad horror stories from other trusted users. I did accept small paypal payments from people I trusted or well-established on Sythe (like Viou, Punker, etc.) but when random people asked to buy via direct paypal I would just send them a link to my PA site and tried my best to walk them through it.

It's a great profit chart, It's not really something everyone can do though.
Start up cost aside, if everyone did this, there wouldn't be enough market to go around. Every single gold seller would be a direct theat to your own profits, along with everyone elses.
Oddly it's the scammers that are bringing you customers, people get scammed and after that decide they will only buy from trusted members. In a perfect world reselling gold, without scammers, would result in your profit charts being virtually nil.
It may be incentive to some, but one glove doesnt fit all. :(

Well yes, but if you persevere and work hard you can definitely cash in here on Sythe. If the gold market is overloaded, I'm sure you can find another market to make some cash in.

Very good presentation and oraganization. But the problem comes into play when you see how much money you paid. $5.76/hour is pretty bad. Minimum wage is about $7.40 so you would make a lot more money even at McDonald's without losing any money by scams.

    What Sythe.Org offers you:

    1. Interaction between members be it old or young.
    2. Chance to start a business - Getting some money like an allowance for yourself.
    3. Makes yourself responsible etc - Honesty
    and many more.

An example would be me, my parents keeps bugging me that I should work etc. I have 2 months of vacation and I did not find any work at all. But this Gold business that I've started back from where I left off really helped me a lot. I don't usually have allowance for myself but now since I sell Gold, I always have allowance for myself when I decide to spend time with my friends.

Over the span of 2 days that I've counted, I've earn like 130~150$ already. Which is actually quite a bit to be honest.

Pretty nice results to be honest, I think I sold about 15-20B in total, which gained me like $5000, all in 1 year now. Too bad I'm not 18 so I cant flip GP that easy :p

Nice. I've made around $600 so far without selling anything. Had a successful Nomad Service which earned me quite a bit and sold some accounts.
