i think the owners of wbot are behind this... They keep posting on different accounts with under 50 post which is fishy to me. I also think they are the people denying the people who say they are getting hacked using the bot.

Yup I must be a fake account... Not like I've been registered here since 2009 and using this name in the RuneScape botting community since 2002...

Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.

 

He may not have evidence but the fact that the accounts almost all have low post-count is dodgy.

 

^^^^ I believe the reason there are a lot of new comers currently that have low post counts is a result of the new 2007 servers. A lot of people have been returning to Runescape thus increasing the number of people joining the black market.

Is it possible to load local scripts, or do you have to use scripts from the repository like with powerfag?

 

create a new .bat with this inside:

java -jar wbot.jar -dev
pause


This will run it in developer mode.

 

This bot is always down.

 

And that doesn't have any time limitations like PB (I've heard you can run local scripts for something like 15 minutes before they automatically stop if you don't have SW rank.)

 

I DL'd and when I go to log in on the bot it pretty much crashes, I'm assuming your bot is down?

 

this bot is good i always use it and have no problems just under attack at the moment so of course its going to be down and i have over 50 post

I've been botting on 5 accounts with over 20M old gold across them and I have had no problems. The bots legit as far as I know

 

Just bot with a bank pin.. but enter the bank pin before you start any scripts just in case.. easy as that

 

Yep, been botting for over a week, on 3 different accounts and all are fine, I definitely have stuff worth stealing.

 

People with under 50 posts are inexperienced and to ignorant to know. Also, I have been using Wbot, haven't been hacked. Look at my join date and my recent posts... I've been an active member since I joined. Am I fake? And what exactly do I have to do to prove I am real? There really isn't anything to prove I'm real, or that you're real... For all I know you're a powerbot user who's just jealous. Truth of the matter is it doesn't matter. Examine the facts that are in your face make your own judgments and keep them to yourself. No use, accusing people who appear innocent because you feel like being a raging little bitch. You're probably gonna get mad, flame me and all that jazz... But I don't care, I'm sick of you pissing moaning children coming onto the forums and plugging them up with garbage, useless crap that nobody cares about.

I do like the WBot client and the scripts that are offered, however, the way the site is handled is horrendous.

The extreme downtime could be fixed in a quick and efficient manner with any of the anti-DDoS software available today (Prolexic, Cloudflare, etc.). They instead choose to switch servers, and, when their new server IP is found, they obviously come under attack again.

They also fail to update their member base frequently enough on what is going on. Their last update on Twitter was over a day ago, which is the only means to receive an update since they shut their own forums down because of the DDoS.

Nobody in their right mind will pay for this kind of service when they release VIP.
