I was wondering how much cash I could sell my Berserker Pure for as I quit RuneScape back in October before EOC was released. It took me 2 years to get to where it is now and it currently has:

The house has a gilded altar, Glory, All portals except Lumbridge, Yanille Teleport goes to center of Yanille and the house is almost maxed for 82 Construction.

Fire cape has been used to access the Kiln, so both options are available whether you want the Kiln, Fire, or both capes.
